The goals of these Home-Based and Transition services are to avoid a gap in service delivery while COVID-19 is actively contagious in ways that do not interrupt the safety measures of Shelter in Place or keeping Social Distance, and to continue their education in functional ways.

• Self-Advocacy & Participant Rights

We highly promote the option for our individuals to choose an activity that they would like to participate in.
